Administrative Assistant
This position is an asset to our team and is a focal point in the daily operations of our company. Now is the time to join our fast growing, independent, financial planning firm as a member of our administrative team, many of which started in this position.
Our office thrives on a mentoring culture that focuses on ethics, education, and excellence. You will work directly with our CEO, a nationally known financial advisor and author. While some responsibilities of this position are done daily, no two days will ever be the same.
Daily Responsibilities:
Communicate with current and potential clients
Direct clients to the correct team member for assistance
Schedule meetings for advisors
Update software and calendars in a timely and efficient manner
Assist our CEO, Executive Vice Present, and Communications Director with multiple projects and tasks
Answer questions for our team
Brainstorm and research new innovations, as well as create and execute implementation plans and follow up with team members about new procedures
Learn about the ever-changing world of financial planning
Prepare documents for client meetings including pre-filling paperwork
Track and submit new business to various vendors, money managers and insurance companies
Arrange internal meetings
Other Responsibilities:
Aid with miscellaneous office management projects
Organize events and travel arrangements
Welcome guests and direct them to the correct contact point/location
File paperwork and mail as it comes into the office
Run quality checks on various platforms on a regular basis
Maintain a welcoming environment for clients and guests
Coordinate with our team to create fun cultural events for the office

Knowledge of personal finance and financial planning is a plus
Experience in Financial Services or business/finance degree is a big plus
Familiarity with Apple products is a plus
