Client Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Create investment proposals based on our investment philosophy.

  • Analyze client’s holdings to provide investment gap reports

  • Rebalancing and trading client accounts

  • Design investment proposals using our tax advantaged approach

  • Coordinating the onboarding of new investment accounts and transfers

  • Coordinating all the aspects of the client’s investment accounts

  • Preparing documents for client meetings including pre-filling paperwork

  • Prepping financial advisors on investment components for client meetings

  • Communicating with the Client Service Managers (CSMs) on investment

    components of the clients they manage

  • Billing accounts

  • Managing performance reports

  • Prepare and help financial advisors in client meetings

  • Submitting and tracking new business to various vendors, money managers and

insurance companies

  • Create financial plans, debt plans, insurance analysis and more

What we are looking for:

  • Team player who can help effectively manage projects concurrently

  • Great communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases

  • On-the-fly problem solving

  • A passion for education, excellence and ethics

  • Knowledge of personal finance and financial planning

  • Attention to detail

  • 4 Year College degree, with a B average or better

  • Experience in Financial Services or business / finance degree a plus

  • Securities and insurance licenses are not required but would be a big advantage. They will be needed for future career growth.

Salary Range = $42,000 - $48,000
