A Side Gig Opportunity for our Minnesota Doctors
Katherine Vessenes, JD, CFP®, CEO and Founder of MD Financial extends an offer from Holly Benson, Medical Recruitment Manager for the Medical Review Institute of America, LLC (MRIoA). MRIoA is a company that reviews insurance and healthcare claims to determine treatment appropriateness and is looking for Minnesota doctors to help with their review work.
MRIoA’s panel of reviewers render a professional, independent and unbiased opinion utilizing medical literature and treatment guidelines. As standards have recently changed in Minnesota, MRIoA is looking for more Minnesota doctors to review cases. We are so excited to pass along a great opportunity to make some side gig income, especially since they are looking for several different specialties.
Here are a few details about MRIoA’s relationship with physicians:
You will be reviewing cases specific to your specialty.
Enjoy a flexible schedule - Work when you want. There are no minimum expectations.
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity.
Participating doctors are paid per case. Rates vary based on specialty, type and complexity of review.
Availability for review work may be limited in some specialties.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
You must be actively practicing a minimum of 8 hours a week, on average.
Participating doctors must be Board Certified
