Wealth Management Trader and Investment Professional

We’re looking for a smart, motivated, detail-driven individual to work with our exceptional team and clients to create investment proposals, coordinate account openings and transfers, manage our AUM and trade accounts.

You will work directly with our president, a nationally-known financial advisor and author, who puts the highest value on maintaining a great environment for the entire team. Your duties as a Wealth Management Trader and Investment Professional would include:

  • Utilizing our investment philosophy to create investment proposals for upcoming client meetings

  • Analyze clients’ holdings to provide gap reports

  • Rebalancing and trading client accounts

  • Helping make our clients’ financial futures much brighter

  • Coordinating the onboarding of new investment accounts and transfers

  • Coordinating all the aspects of the clients’ investment accounts to make sure the clients get a WOW experience

  • Managing multiple clients/projects with a smile

  • Prepping our financial advisors for investment components of their meetings

  • Communicating with the Client Service Managers (CSMs) on the statuses and investment components of the clients they manage

  • Preparing documents for client meetings including pre-filling paperwork

  • Changing lives every day!


Skills/Characteristics required to be considered for this position:

  • A sense of humor

  • A team player who can juggle projects simultaneously

  • The ability to provide world class service to our clients

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases

  • On-the-fly problem solving

  • A passion for education, excellence, and ethics

  • Detail driven

  • Knowledge of personal finance and financial planning

  • At least 4 Year College degree, with a B average or better, business/finance degree preferred

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Services

  • Experience trading and doing money movements

  • Securities licenses are required

  • Base salary range $38,000 - $48,000 based on education and experience (Bonuses would increase this, of course!)
